Indian government has taken a biggest step towards china to ban Chinese apps. India has banned total 118 apps on September 2, 2020. This decision is taken under the section 69 A of the Information Technology Act. The apps that are banned includes, PUBG, Tiktok, viu, WeTv, Hello, We Chat, Cam scanner, Uc Browser, Uc News, Clean Master, Bigo live, super clean, beauty cam, Ludo superstar and many more. This is not the first time that India has banned chinese apps. It occurs in 2018 too.
