A bee sting is a discomfort for most people. Temporary discomfort, redness, and itching may occur at the sting location, but there are no major consequences.
The stinger should be removed, the area washed with soap and water, and cold compresses or ice applied for mild to moderate reactions. Creams applied to the affected area can help relieve pain. Adrenaline may be required in severe reactions.
Alternatively, immerse your bee sting for at least 15 minutes in diluted apple cider vinegar. You can also soak a bandage or cloth in vinegar and apply it directly to the sting spot. If this method irritates you, stop using it.
