How to deal with work pressure?

Workplace pressure is one of the main causes of a lot of health issues like headache, insomnia, depression etc. in the people these days. Therefore dealing with them is the need of the hour.

There are a lot of ways by which people can take care of this problem:

1. Meditation is the most effective stress buster. Meditating for half an hour on daily basis can have a drastic effect on a person. Jogs and exercises in the morning are also helpful. 10 minutes of yoga daily can really solve your problems.

2. Take short breaks while working. Most of the organisations these days establish recreational centers fort he employees in the office itself.

3. Do not overwork yourself. Set clear working hours. Take up a task only if you have the time and stamina to do it.

4. Make some time for your hobbies. Music, reading, dancing,Biking etc. can you give you the perfect escape from the stress.

5. Take help from your supervisors. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) generally help in dealing with such issues.

6. Toys like fidget spinners, fingerboards are very helpful in times of stress. These objects unconsciously help in relieving the pressure.

7. Spend some quality time with your family and friends. Talking to people can also help a lot of times.

8. Go out on weekends. Go to salons, malls,clubs or picnics etc. Give yourself some time and look after yourself as well.


It is very important to feel good and stress free and the competition these days is making it difficult. However, a little care of yourself makes it possible.
