The Indo-Chinese dish, Chili Potato is very easy to make. If you don’t like ordering Chili potato from outside every time to have a craving for them, see how it is easily made at home.

Ingredients:
• Potato: 4
• Cornflour: 4 tablespoon

• Green Chili (finely chopped): 2
• Green Onion (finely chopped): 1 cup
• Ginger paste: 1 teaspoon
• Tomato sauce: 2 tablespoons
• Soya sauce: 1 tablespoon
• Chili sauce: ½ tablespoon
• Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
• Chili flakes: ½ tablespoon
• Sugar: 1 teaspoon
• Oil: Enough for frying
• Salt: According to taste
Method:
• Wash and peel off the potatoes and cut them vertically in thin pieces.
• Now coat the pieces of potatoes with the corn flour.
• Heat some oil in a deep frying pan and fry the potato pieces in them, until they are brown.
• Keep the fried potatoes aside and pour two tablespoons of oil in the pan. When the oil is heated properly, add ginger paste and green chili in it for frying.
• Now mix tomato sauce, chili sauce, and soya sauce in it. Stir properly.
• Mix 1 teaspoon cornflour in ½ cup of water and pour it in the pan. Add salt and sugar and stir.
• Add the fried potatoes, chili flakes, green onion, and vinegar and toss properly. Turn the gas stove off after 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
