Kadhai Paneer is everyone’s favorite.
Here’s how it can be made easily at home.

Ingredients:
• Paneer: 250 grams
• Curd: ½ bowl
• Gram flour: 3 tablespoons
• Coriander powder: ½ tablespoon
• Turmeric powder: ½ tablespoon
• Kashmiri red chili: ½ tablespoon
• Cumin powder: 1 tablespoon
• Garam Masala: ½ tablespoon
• Salt: According to taste
Ingredients for Gravy:
• Ground Garam Masala (cardamom, black cardamom, cinnamon, clove): As per requirement
• Coriander seeds: 1 teaspoon
• Butter: 3 tablespoon
• Edible oil: 5 tablespoon
• Bay leaves: 2-3
• Cumin: 1 tablespoon
• Onions (finely chopped): 2
• Green chili (finely chopped): 1
• Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
• Coriander powder: 1 tablespoon
• Turmeric powder: ½ tablespoon
• Kashmiri red chili: 1 tablespoon
• Fenugreek seeds: 1 tablespoon
• Salt: According to taste
• Tomato puree: of 4 tomatoes
• Lukewarm water: 1 cup
• Paneer Masala: 1 tablespoon
• Coriander leaves: chopped
Method:
• Take curd in a container and mix gram flour with it. Add coriander powder, turmeric, Kashmiri red chili, cumin powder, and garam masala to it.
• Add diced paneer pieces to the mixture and keep it covered for 5 minutes.
• Heat butter in a pan and fry paneer pieces in it.
• Now heat oil in another pan and add the ground masala, cumin, and bay leaf to it. Add onions and fry till golden brown.
• Then add green chili and ginger-garlic paste and fry.
• Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, fenugreek seeds, and salt, and cook for 2 minutes.
• Add tomato puree and let it cook more. When the oil comes to the surface, add lukewarm water.
• Add fried paneer pieces to it and cook it for some time.
• Add garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves.
