  • Chopped vegetables e.g., carrots, peas,french beans, bell peppers, cauliflower florets
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 segment of ginger
  • 2 tomatoes and onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt(or to taste)
  • water as required
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon kasuri methi
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds

 

Recipe:

  • Add coriander seeds in pan for around 2 minutes on medium heat.
  • Extract the seeds from the pan and subsequently grind them.
  • Using a separate pan, place it over medium heat.. Once the pan is hot, add oil in it.

  • Add the crushed coriander seeds, turmeric powder,kashmiri red chili powder, salt and sugar. Also add water so that the spices don’t burn. Blend and sauté the spices for one minute
  • Add kasuri methi and stir.
  • Now, add some water and stir.
