Roti is a staple diet for Indians. Usually it is made of wheat. Mixed atta including gram, wheat, soya, etc. is used nowadays to make roti. First step for making roti is to prepare atta. You mix atta and water and knead it till neither it is hard nor too soft. Make small balls from atta. Use rolling pin to flatten the ball. Then put it on a ore-heated tawa. Make sure to cook roti from both sides. Apply ghee to one side of the roti and serve hot.
