1️⃣ Rename the .ND and .TLG Files

Open the folder where your company file (.QBW) is stored.

Find files with the same name but extensions .ND and .TLG.

Right-click each file → Rename.

Add .OLD at the end Open QuickBooks again.
2️⃣ Use QuickBooks Tool Hub
