Remember that these exercises can help tone and strengthen your facial muscles, but they cannot target fat loss in your face. To lose weight and reduce body fat, you will need to follow a healthy diet and exercise regularly.

Facial puffiness and bloating can also be reduced by drinking a lot of water and eating well.
