In Germany, mostly courses are taught in German but there are some courses taught in both in German and English. To study in Germany, you have a student visa. To fulfill the requirements of student visa, you will have to show payment receipt letter from the college from where you want to pursue your course and the total money you have for living in Germany while studying there.
