Open Surgery is not better.

Laparoscopic surgery has certain advantages over open surgery.

1 The incision/hole made to operate is smaller

2. Accordingly, it is less traumatic for the body

3. It recovers faster. The procedure inside is more or less the same

Laparoscopic apparently means a surgery " doorbeen Wala operation: meaning surgery with a small Hole.

The whole purpose is to operate with least injury to adjoining tissues.

Laparoscopic surgery has demonstrably higher quality-of-life consequences than open surgery for cholecystectomy, splenectomy, and esophageal surgical treatment. However, open hernioplasty has as a minimum as proper, if now not better, fitness status consequences than laparoscopic repair.
