It is most likely that your firewall is interrupting the process. Or it could be a USB Connection problem. If you have assured that both of them are properly set, the only thing you can try is any kind of printer reset tool and see if you will be able to reset the settings to default. However, I used to have a similar problem in the past and the solution was to disable my default firewall and the installation went smoothly.

If you are unable to install the driver then follow the below steps:
1. Disable the firewall which is interrupting you to install the driver of the printer.
2. Make sure your printers are USB connected.
3. Restart your computer after performing all the commands.
