I’ve worked on a small B2B campaign, and email marketing solutions basically refer to tools and strategies used to target businesses instead of individual consumers. Platforms like email automation tools help in sending personalized emails, tracking engagement, and managing leads. What I learned is that B2B emails need to be more value-driven and less promotional. Decision-makers care about solutions, not flashy content. Segmentation and targeting are key. Once we improved that, response rates increased. So it’s not just about tools but how effectively you use them.
