Coping with stress varies from person to person, but here are some common strategies:

Mindfulness and Meditation: Practicing mindfulness and meditation techniques can help individuals stay grounded in the present moment, reduce anxiety, and manage stress more effectively.

Exercise: Engaging in regular physical activity triggers the release of endorphins, which are natural substances that make you feel happier. Exercise can also lower stress levels and enhance your overall sense of wellness.

Healthy Lifestyle: A balanced diet, adequate sleep, and limiting caffeine and alcohol intake can contribute to better stress management.

Social Support: Talking to friends, family, or a therapist can provide emotional support and help individuals process stressors.

Time Management: Organizing tasks and setting priorities can reduce feelings of overwhelm and stress.

Relaxation Techniques: Deep breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, and hobbies like art or music can promote relaxation.
