Before I explain about benefits of being an investment Banker, let me tell you that this is one of the toughest jobs in the world. An investment Banker usually works in extended shifts. They are stressed all the time.

Since they are a crucial part of the system, they take care of their employers’ profitability. Hence, their employer usually showers a series of perks for their employees.

Therefore, perks can vary from company to company. I am listing down some of very common perks they get from their employers:

2. Pension: Yes, even government employees don’t get pension these days in India. But things are still amazing for Investor Bankers.

6. Goes House/House: Some companies allow their employee to stay in their goes houses while some offer big houses to their employees

7. Club Membership: Annual subscription

8. Leaves: They get additional leaves if they are not working on any important project.

9. Free subscription: They get free subscription to almost everything- D2H, Internet, Telephone etc.
