Tips to Improve Your Health :

  1. Drink a jug full of water right after waking up in the morning (Use a copper mug for added health benefits)
  2. Switch from drinking Coffe and Tea to Organic Green Tea
  3. Meditate for 10 minutes daily to remove stress and increase the grey matter concentration in the brain.
  4. Hit the gym 5 days a week.
  5. Drink about 1/2 liter milk every day to fulfill body’s calcium needs.
  6. Keep Saturdays for Running, Cycling, Cardio sessions.

Food is a key determinant for your health. Bad food habits can lead to long term diseases. People’s busy schedule has forced them to take junk food more often but this is a major cause of health problems these days.

Exercise has a lot of benefits for our health. Few minutes taken out of your bust schedule can result in long health benefits.

• Your limb movements will ever be smooth.
• Your bones and muscles stay strong.
• You stay away from obesity.
• Exercise controls your blood pressure and blood sugar.

Your body and your age determines how much sleep do you need. Your sleeping schedule and the amount of sleep plays a significant role in your health.
