From what I’ve seen, vitamin D is one of the most important ones for joint pain, especially if someone doesn’t get enough sunlight. Omega-3 (like fish oil) also helps a lot with inflammation and stiffness. Vitamin C is useful too because it supports collagen, which is important for joints. A lot of people also try glucosamine and chondroitin for long-term joint support. Honestly, it’s not just about one vitamin  a combination along with light exercise and a good diet usually works better.
