From my experience south indian breakfast like idli sambhar, idli chatni, uddin wada, wada sambar, dosa and various types of dosa's are served all over India. These breakfast are served from corner cycles to hotels.

In south India there are variety of idlis like rava idli, jowar idli,ragi idli etc. So, what I feel is South Indian Breakfast are being served in most part of India.
