It is not like you starve for days and do exercise till you are tired, you will have a body like a bodybuilder.
There are so many dos and don ts that involve bodybuilding. For example, you should have protein-rich food in the bulking stage, which is for building muscle and shed fats in the cutting stage, to maintain body muscle.
You can have vegetables, fruits, poultry, and dairy products, meat and fish, grains, and nuts. These are healthy food for a bodybuilder.
The unhealthy food for a bodybuilder are:-
Alcohol – Alcohol will reduce your muscle building ability if you consume more.
Carbonated beverages – Soda or any other soft drinks should be avoided.
Fried food – Digestion will take longer. So avoid this.
Sugar – Avoid all sweets, because it is nothing but calories. You can not build muscles with this.
Fat foods – Butter, Ghee, and other high fat food should be avoided.
Vegetables with more fibers – Broccoli and cauliflower kind of vegetables should be avoided.
Fast food and processed food – These will also make you fatty, not a body builder.
