Small daily habits matter a lot.

Wake up and sleep at the same time, even on bad days. Get sunlight in the morning. Move your body: walk, stretch, anything. Eat on time. Write or talk about what you’re feeling instead of bottling it up. Limit doom-scrolling. Do one small thing daily that gives you a sense of control or calm.
