What happens if a website is not mobile-friendly?

If a website isn’t mobile-friendly, people leave fast. Text looks tiny, buttons are hard to tap, pages load slow. Users get annoyed and bounce. Google notices this and pushes the site down in rankings. Result? Less traffic, fewer leads, and lost trust. In today’s mobile-first world, a bad mobile site is basically invisible online.
