acquisitions are very common in the business world. it is process by which the big companies take over the small business entities. these kind of opportunities are noticed when the small companies are at loss. The parent company then help the target company to come back in the market. the acquisition gives the big company 50% stake in the business when the deal is mutual, if the deal is not approved by the small company, big company purchases all the stake and shares.
