Cells in the body continuously die and new ones are formed. Sometimes, the normal cells keep growing abnormally and do not die. This condition is referred to as cancer. There are two types of cancers - benign and malignant. Benign cancer cannot go through metastasis. A metastatic cancer can move from it's origin through circulatory system to other organs. Malignant cancers are metastatic. Eventually, the abnormal cells outnumber the normal cells and the functioning of the body is hampered. There is no foolproof treatment for cancer.
