Physical health is the proper wellness of the body. It is defined as the proper functioning of body organs. Physical health can makes us mentally fit. It can prevent us from heart disease, cancer, chronic respiratory disease, accidents, storke, etc. Physical health can be maintained by a regular balanced diet, exercises, a healthy lifestyle and regular checkup of your body. It lowers the risk of high blood pressure, diabetes and any body pain. Our balanced diet comprises vitamins and minerals. A better sleep is also required for our health.

Physical health is defined as how well you've took care of your body. We all neglect physical health while chasing our passion, work, and other things in life. But most of the people fail to understand the importance of physical health. Physical health should be an priority to each individual, and it's our responsibility to make and give the strength that our body needs.
