The distinction between clever work and hard work" The purpose of this question on hard effort vs. smart work is to get a sense of a candidate's work ethic.

'Being a hard worker is admirable; but, being a smart worker is the best.' There aren't many people who fall into the second category. The clever worker may complete the same task and meet the same goal as a hard worker while conserving energy, time, and money. As a result, efficiency and resource utilisation are improved. A person can boost both the quantity and quality of work done by adopting a smart-working mentality.
