It’s very easy to make dosa from bread. Definitely not as difficult as people take it to be.

Ingredients:
• Bread slices: 5
• Curd: 1 cup
• Rice flour: 1 cup
• Semolina: ½ cup
• Onion (finely chopped): 1
• Green chili (finely chopped): 2
• Ginger (finely chopped): 1 small piece
• Cumin: ½ teaspoon
• Mustard seeds: ½ teaspoon
• Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
• Oil: as per requirement
• Salt: According to taste
Method:
• Separate the brown corners from the bread, and dip the white portion in water for 2-3 minutes. Then squeeze the water out of the bread with your hands.
• Mix semolina, rice flour, water-dipped bread, curd, green chili, and salt, and grind all of them in a mixer.
• Heat some oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin in it. Now add onions and fry until it turns golden brown. Pour it into the previously prepared mixture.
• Now put a non-stick pan on the gas stove and spread one spoonful of oil in it.
• Take the semolina mixture and spread it on the pan, just like you do while making an omelet.
• Roast it from one side till it gets crispy. Take care it does not burn.
• Now roll the dosa and put it on a plate carefully.
• Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
