Unhappiness is being sad with one’s life. According to Buddha's teachings people are unhappy everywhere because of their craving for more and from the fear of losing what we have. In order to be happy, it's necessary to have meaningful relationships with other people as loneliness is also another reason for being unhappy.Rather than being competitive with others everyone should try to find happiness with what we have in our life.

Unhappiness is a contrast to INNERpeace. The mind controls the happiness and unhappiness part of the human body. However, there might also be a different causing agent of such situation to human beings. Thinking of bad memories also reduces our good energy level, which is also a main factor of unhappiness. In short, unhappiness can be anywhere, inside the airport, covid care centres, bus station, ATM, etc.

However, happiness can be both man made and artificial.

In a society where we live in an illusion of happiness, many people are unaware that there is a consequence to happiness, and that unhappiness stems from the same source. These people are happy with everything going on around them and don't realize that they're still unhappy. The reason for this can be found in the path to happiness: Treating everyone else with kindness and generosity to gain their friendship or acceptance.
