What is time series?

An article about time series emphasizes the importance of being aware of an interval. The intervals are defined by the timeline while the measurement is taken. There are two types of intervals that can be used while time series is calculated: point-interval measurements or continuous measurements.Each type has their own characteristics which affect how data is collected and analyzed after it's acquired. For example, if an interval is associated with a point measurement, then you must acquire data at specific points in order to take measurements for specific points in time. If an interval is continuous data, then it may not matter when you measure because there are always going to be new values published every day.
