Customer care for business is equal to fertilizer for the plant. One can start business and it may be successful. But to get more yield that is more profit they should have very good customer care support.
I have many experiences with Airtel customer care and many e-tailers customer care people. All of them were helping and nice only.
Last year I ordered waterproof walking shoes from Amazon. I received the shoes and wore it for walking. As it was rainy season, the shoe was full of water and my socks was drenched. I ordered the water proof shoes to use it in the rainy reason. But the purpose was not served.
So I immediately sent mail to Amazon customer care about the problem. They asked me to return the shoes for repairing. I did as I was told. And they sent me the shoes after mending. But even after repairing , the shoe was wet inside if I wear it while raining.
I again called the customer care of Amazon and complained about the problem. And I told them that I wanted to return the shoes as I was not satisfied. They accepted and I returned the shoes free of cost and got my payment back. And there were no nagging from their customer care people. It was smooth only.
