The best diet for everyone is one that is balanced consisting of protein, carbohydrate and vegetables. These 3 groups should be the main focus of our diet to stay healthy. Water is also important to us to keep ourselves hydrated and together with exercise our body system will definitely function beautifully preventing any problems to our system.
