What would be the future of Indian National Congress if suddenly Sonia Gandhi dies?

In the context of the present Indian political scenario, this is a very critical question to answer. Sonia Gandhi is the president of Indian National Congress and she has been anchoring the party since last couple of decades. The fact that there is no one to replace her if she does suddenly would cause confusion and chaos among the party. Though, some might think that his son Rahul Gandhi, who happens to be the vice president of the party, can take over the charge.
