A RX 100 stays legend after two decades due to the following reasons:

no one can make melodies in two stroke other than yamaha
2. Pick up
here also yamaha leads the pack. suzuki two strokes were developed for fuel efficiency those days.

These Bikes are the legend of their times. These are the 2-Stroke bikes which provides greater acceleration than the modern 4-stroke bikes. Most of the People of the 90′s still love these bikes and some of them have still maintained them very well. Just drive a one and you will feel the difference between the two. These bikes cause a great amount of pollution that is why they have been replaced by the 4-stroke engines.

That is why the RX100 was loved by the youth of the 80s. Two strokes are now banned because they burn oil with the fuel and cause pollution. People think that it is fast and all. They believe modern bikes are useless infront of RX models.
