The ride covered near about 14,200 km i.e. 8824 miles when it landed to Auckland, New Zealand. It was expected to be world’s longest flight by duration but it landed too early.

 

Further, Singapore Airlines had revealed last year to bring back its Singapore- New Jersey service in year 2018. The flight is expected to cover around 15,300 km (9500 miles) in 19 hours.
