It’s still a mystery. You never know in what mood is your interviewer while interviewing you and you just can’t predict what complicated situation you may fall into while answering the queries asked by him/her.

One thing which is for sure, is your getting nervous if something out of the box is asked. So it’s better to be prepared before-hand with the questions which usually are asked, either straight or in some twisted form.
Here are ten such question:
1. "Where do you see yourself in five years?"
2. "Out of all the other candidates, why should we hire you?"
3. "Why do you want this job?"
4. "What do you consider to be your biggest professional achievement?"
5. "Describe your dream job."
6. "Why do you want to leave your current job?"
7. "Tell me about the toughest decision you had to make in the last six months."
8. “What are your greatest weaknesses?”
9. “What motivates you?”
10. “What are three things your former manager would like you to improve on?”
Just to let you know, there is no perfect/right/wrong answers for such questions. They are asked only to judge your smartness, wittiness, quickness, and efficiency. If you are already prepared for these questions, you are set to ace your interview.
All the best!
