You can use either wrist, but it’s best to consistently use the same one for all readings. Many users prefer the left wrist, as it’s closer to the heart. Consistency improves trend tracking and helps avoid misleading blood pressure comparisons.

For me, the kind of wristwatch that suits my personality is something simple, reliable, and not trying too hard to stand out. I’ve always preferred clean designs, so I naturally gravitate toward watches that feel understated but still well-made. That’s why I ended up choosing a Titan watch. It has this quiet elegance that doesn’t scream for attention, and somehow that matches the way I like to carry myself.

What I enjoy most is how it fits into different parts of my day without feeling out of place. Whether I’m dressed casually or heading out for something more formal, it blends in comfortably. I guess that’s why it works for me, it doesn’t try to define my personality, it just complements it.
