At present India is looking forward to knew the results of Assembly polls in Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh as these elections results will be a trailer to main picture that is general election in 2019. Congress is fighting neck and neck with BJP to put their cm in these states. by the end of this month we will come to know about the people's mind. Because these states are ruled by BJP.

Let us see what are the points in favour of congress:-

In 2014 general election corruption was the main issue. And people of India wanted to give a chance to BJP and Modiji for a better India. There were 2G scam, coal scam, Asian games scam and so on in UPA regime. But even after 5 years we cannot surely say that India is corruption free. Now also there is Rafael deal scam which is giving sleepless nights to BJP and Modiji.

The mistakes done by BJP government is favouring congress. The major drawback of BJP policy is demonitisation. Till now business community is suffering due to demonitisation. And GST is another headache for business people. Both these policies were introduced with good intention only. But it backfired . Smooth implementation of GST will take one or 2 years more. But currently people are in irritative mood because of these policies. So congress will have a edge over BJP.

But for BJP the main issue where they can score is the Prime Ministerial candidate. Till now no one in congress said anything about who will be their PM. Definitely Rahul Gandhi will not be a match for Narendra Modi.

So many schemes were introduced by Modiji is a scoring point for BJP. Like Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana, Swachcha Bharat, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, Atal Pension Yojana, Sukanya Samridhi yojana, Pradhan MantriAwas yojana, Prdhan mantri ujjwala yojana etc. These schemes were introduced for poor and middle class Indians. Definitely they will vote for BJP.

A poll was conducted by India TV and a Delhi based survey company called CNX . The survey was conducted in UP, Punjab-Haryana, West Bengal, Odisha, Uttarakhand. 42% of the people were voted for Narendra Modi as their next PM. Rahul Gandhi is far behind at 19%. So BJP will have fair chance of returning to power.

Last week once a NDA convener now a BJP hater, Chandrababu Naidu met Stalin of DMK to form a alliance against BJP. And it is not yet clear whether they will have a alliance with UPA or will fight as a third front. Interesting days are ahead of us. But in excitement, we should not forget to cast our vote in the 2019 general election.
