Who wrote an Invisble Man?

The Invisible Man was written by H.G.Wells. At first, it was serialized in Pearson's weekly in 1897. After that it was published as a novel in the same year. Wells wrote numerous novels, short stories, biographies, social commentaries, satirical works etc. He is called the 'father of science fiction novels'. His other notable works include, The Time Machine, The War of the Worlds, The Island of Doctor Moreau, The First Men in the Moon, The Shape of the Things to Come etc.
