Former Indian cricketer S.Sreesanth has threatened to walk out of the Big Boss reality show. Sreesanth, if quits the show can end up losing an amount of Rs 50 lakhs as he would be breaking the contract with Colors.
In one of the episodes of this popular reality show, Somi Khan and Sreesanth had a scuffle where Sreesanth made some derogatory comment about the upbringing of Somi Khan. When the fight escalated and went out of control Sreesanth threatened to quit the show and asked the Big Boss to open the door so that he can walk out. Various other contestants tried to calm him down, but it didn’t seem to work. Sreesanth stuck to his decision.
As far as the contract of Sreesanth is concerned with Colors, it is said to contain a hefty clause. The amount that he would have to pay for quitting the show has absolutely no bearing on the prize money.
This is not the first time Sreesanth decided to quit from a show. Prior to this, in another popular reality show “Jhalak Dikhla Ja”, Sreesanth had exhibited the same kind of attitude. Sreesanth, who has been banned for life from cricket as an accused of spot-fixing in IPL 2013 has been trying to build a career in Malayalam film industry
