2019 general elections in India will be a interesting one. As PM Narendra Modi and BJP president Amit Shah is moving all the stones to build BJP empire in whole India, Indian National Congress president Rahul Gandhi is also not leaving any stone unturned. For 2018 assembly elections both the parties are doing the electoral campaign at their best. Interesting times are ahead.

Everything is possible and everything is fair not only in war as also in politics. Daily the situation is changing. Once the friends now the enemies. Shiv sena and Telugu desam parties are once in NDA alliance. But now they are against BJP. It will affect the voters sentiment in both Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh. So BJP may get less numbers in those states.

And BJP may not get more seats in states where regional parties are strong. Like Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Telungana, Odissa and UP. But if they make an alliance with these parties they may get some numbers.

From 1951 till now, congress party was the only party which received 400+ seats that too only once. Even the most popular leader of Congress Jawarhar Nehru who was part of Independence movement could not get 400+ seats. The only time people of India give this mandate was after the murder of Indira Gandhi. Due to sympathy wave Rajiv Gandhi and Congress party got 404+ seats with 49.10% votes in 1984 elections.

Due to the economic and social reforms done by BJP and due to religious sentiment of the people, BJP may again elected . But this time the seat will be less than what they received in 2014. And may be a coalition NDA government. So Narendra Modi and BJP may win the 2019 elections. But definitely will not get 400+ seats.

No!!...Narendra Modi is not going to win 2019 elections!

We have history of Vajpayee not getting "much deserved" one more term and most likely history will repeat with Modi being denied this opportunity in 2019 elections.

Why this might happen....

The great Indian "Short Term Memory" , which allows us to comfortably forget decades of corrupt and incompetent governance. We will get sympathetic to the perpetrators of our Democracy....We will heed to their rhetoric...in the name of free speech, expression and what not......we will judge the government on the twisted scales of the current day Opposition ( deplorable even by their own standards!).

The pseudo intellectuals in our country will act as a catalyst, but with much more vigour! Our celebrities will make constant bickering about random things.....creating a sense of "Something is not right"......We will choose to ignore the reality around us and subscribe to many carefully crafted campaigns..intolerance is going to surface every time there is an assembly election!!!

There are so many vested interests in this country, that you will find many a takers who want to bring down Modi or the likes of him, cause it just doesn't serve their purpose.....youth will be specifically targeted, since they are the biggest supporters to Modi....many more JNUs to come........it is just enough to momentarily delusion the youth to vote against their sensibilities.

The amount of smart thinking(not noble though) and effort the combined opposition is putting in trying to bring down the "most effective" Government will definitely narrow Modi's chances.

Wish they had displayed the same effort during their own rule!

We do not deserve a Good Administrator! be it Modi or anyone else...

Come 2019,we will kill this country's hopes with that finger on the ballot machine!

I so wish to be wrong on this!!!
