History is being made in the late night television space.Lilly Singh,a youtuber and a comedian is getting her own late night talk show.She is the first female to host a late night talk show in many decades.The late comedian Joan Rivers did host her own show on FOX from 1986-1988 but that channel is obviously not known for its late night talk programming.Lilly Singh came up in 2014 as a youtuber named Superwoman and has managed to woo 14.5 million subscribers.She is an independent,queer woman of Indian-comedian origin and cannot be more excited about it.

Her previous works have been catchy,funny and sensitized to many issues as well.She hopes to bring all that as a segment in her talk show as well.According to me,it’ll be a huge success considering the fan following that Lilly Singh has and the way not only millennials but also people of higher age group can relate and enjoy her videos which means her content is always fresh and entertaining in a way which is also healthy.She has a certain familiar touch to her as she hasn’t forgotten her roots which she tries to celebrate as well.She is extremely humble in nature which is another reason she is respected for.She has planned to incorporate not just funny interviews but also comedy sketches and more like that.She has mentioned that her talk show will be just like her Youtube channel which speaks for itself as to how big of a success it’ll be.

The slot that is given to her is that of 1:35 am, which usually belonged to Carson Daly.
