if you find someone in trouble and your help can save someone's life then being a human you should give a helping hand to the person. I still remember when an old men fall down front of me on the road and he was shivering too. It was winter season and too much cold. I helped him by rubbing his palm and took him to Doctor and then called to his son to inform about his father. We should always help whenever we have a chance to save someone's life.
