The new education system will open up various opportunities for the students.


It will bring great barter to the learning atmosphere and in the process of learning for the students. It will help to increase concentration in skills enhancement and development in the proficiency of the students.

Students will be fitted into three categories after class 10: Science, Commerce, and humanities.

As per earlier policy, we were allowed to select only one stream but not any other subjects of another stream.

However, according to this new policy, students have more flexibility to choose their subjects.
for eg: Physics, Chemistry, and Political Science.

Internship to be provided to the students for vocational training.

Coding should be taught from class 6 so that importance in classes 10 and 12 would get reduced.
In earlier policy, only teachers had access to the student's progress report. But under the new policy, both teachers and students will be able to access to self-evaluate the progress report to keep track of their overall year performance.

Earlier, Government uses to spend 3% of GDP on education which is very low compared to other developing countries. To improve the education system, GOvt decided to spend 6% of GDP.
The Government has decided to change the concept of rote learning subjects so that students can easily memorise things without any difficulties.

After 10+2, there are several entries and exits of the program.

From class 6 to class 8, all subjects will be taught in their home language, mother language, or regional language.

Since Education is a contemporaneous subject, the central government takes the powers so that no state will get the opportunity to change.

This new policy is very theoretical.
The education sector will be open up to private investment will automatically reduce the cost of education.
