Here’s the best and most effective way to reduce dark circles under eyes…

READY?

Get enough sleep.

Did you know that 51 percent of adults worldwide don’t get enough sleep? (Source)

In 1942, on average, people used to sleep for 8 hours every night. In 2014, that number fell to 6.8 hours. (Source)

(In fact, man is the ONLY mammal that willingly delays sleep.)

Millions and millions of people around the world are sleep-deprived.

And the side-effects of lack of sleep aren’t secrets. They can be very severe on one’s mental and physical health.

One of the side-effects of not getting enough sleep is getting dark circles.

So, if you are noticing dark circles under your eyes, it’s time to pay serious attention to the kind of lifestyle you’re living. Audit your day-night right now. How much sleep are you getting every night? If it’s less than 7 hours, you should make adjustments to get at least 7 hours every night. It is recommended that you aim for 8 hours. 9 hours of sleep is maximum; beyond that, you’ll wake up feeling groggy.

Sleeping sufficiently every night is the simplest, best and most-effective way to reduce dark circles under eyes.

(And not just dark circles, getting healthy sleep will literally fix a large part of your life’s problems.)

Aside from this, there’s plenty you can do to reduce dark circles under eyes:

· Put slice of cucumbers on your eyes. For more effectiveness, soak the cucumber in lemon for 3-5 minutes in the refrigerator, and then put them on your closed eyes for 10-15 minutes. Of course, make sure you don’t get lemon in your eyes.

· Soak two cotton balls in cold milk and then put those balls on your closed eyes. Leave them like that for 10-15 minutes.

· Soak a cotton pad in rose water for about 3 minutes. And then put that pad on your closed eyes for about 10-15 minutes. Just make sure that the rose water is natural and doesn’t include any chemical.

· Soak a couple of teabags in hot water for 3-5 minutes, place them in a box/bowl and then put them inside refrigerator 20 minutes. Take them out, squeeze out any liquid inside until they are dry. And then put those tea bags for your closed eyes. Leave them for 15-20 minutes.

These are some of the natural ways to reduce dark circles under eyes.

Aside from them, you can also invest in cosmetic products that are exactly made to fix dark circles. But, personally, I wouldn’t trust them – not at least the cheaper ones. So, I would suggest you avoid them altogether and stick to natural remedies.

Again, getting enough sleep every night is the best way to reduce dark circles under eyes.

Hope this answer helps!
