Engage yourself in as many stress-relieving activities as possible. Avoid intake of alcohol and also avoid smoking as it intakes secondhand smoke which is even more dangerous for diabetic and BP patients. Make it a habit to exercise regularly without fail no matter what. Try to monitor your Blood pressure on a daily basis and also do not forget to get your sugar checked every 6 months.  Letsdiskuss
