How much do you spend on groceries per month?

Groceries we buy in D-Mart because it is reasonable and all kinds of stuff and groceries we get from one place.Spending on groceries is not fixed but minimum 7000 is required to buy groceries and stuff for a month for 4 to 5 people.But it goes up and down it is very difficult for maintain that amount every month the prices of groceries is not stable.Budget for a middle class family is very important to sustain a normal life in cities.
