Firstly make sure your videos are super relevant to your target audience and that they are helping them with their problems, questions and pain points.
Then make more videos and keep making them better.
Make sure you are using all the space you can for meta data and tags: Make sure your target keyword appears in the title and once or twice in the description. Fill the tags area with related keywords to the one you are targeting. TubeBuddy is a great resource for this.
Make sure you have a great thumbnail that stands out from the crowd. Canva is a great free resource for creating these.
Lastly put strong calls to action in the video itself, the description and - if you qualify to use cards and end screens - get them in there. In other words if you want people to subscribe ask them to and show them how.
