Material
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 250 grams jaggery
- 2 tbsp fresh cream
- 6-7 saffron stands
- 1/2 tsp rose essence
- Oil as required for deep frying
- pinch of salt
Way
- Heat a kadhai, add 1 tsp ghee in it, fry the wheatflour well.Turn off the gas.When the wheatflour cools down, add salt and fresh cream in a bowl and mix well.To knead the dough, add little warm water to it.Mix it for 10 minutes.Make the balls and deep fry on low flame.Make jaggery syrup by adding 1-1/2 liters of water, jaggery and saffron in a pan.
- Dip jaggery-sharbat in jaggery syrup and boil for 20 minutes.After 20 minutes from the gas, serve
