We can never get over the spicy delight of veg Manchurian, no matter how many times we have it. Manchurian, which is prepared with so many veggies, give you the combined and enhanced taste of whatever goes into it.

Let’s know how it can be prepared at home.
Ingredients for Manchurian balls:
• Cabbage (grated): 1 bowl
• Peas (boiled): ½ bowl
• Carrot (grated): 1
• Capsicum (grated): 1 bowl
• Semolina: 1 bowl
• Corn flour: 2 tablespoons
• Edible oil: for deep frying
• Salt: according to taste
• Ajinomoto: ½ teaspoon
Ingredients for Manchurian gravy:
• Cabbage (finely chopped): 1 bowl
• Peas: ½ bowl
• Capsicum (finely chopped): 1
• Onions (diced): 2
• Corn flour (mixed with water): 2 tablespoons
• Salt: according to taste
• Edible oil: for frying the vegetables
• Green Chili (cut vertically): 2
• Garlic buds (cut vertically): 3-4
Method:
• To make Manchurian balls, take a big bowl and mix all the vegetables mentioned above in it.
• Now add semolina, Ajinomoto, corn flour and salt in it, and mix well.
• Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
• When the oil is heated properly, make small balls of the mixture with your hands and deep fry in the oil.
• Take them out once they turn golden-brown.

• Now take another pan, and heat some more oil for frying the vegetables.
• Add green chili, garlic, and onion to it, and fry until they turn brown.
• Now add capsicum, peas, and cabbage, and let them cook. When the vegetables are cooked, add Ajinomoto, salt, and soya sauce, and mix well.
• Now add the mixture of corn flour and water.
• Let the gravy cook for 10 minutes and then put the Manchurian balls into it.
Serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
