How to quit coffee habit and detox from caffeine?

These are the days of Coffee days and Starbucks where youngsters are eating cakes and muffins, gulping cups and cups of coffee while hanging around with their boyfriends or girlfriends. But drinking so many cups of coffees is hazardous to health.


In the limited quantity, coffee is actually a super food. It is filled with antioxidants which helps in fighting diseases. Drinking coffee can keep you away from Alzheimer's disease.


But if it more than the normal quantity or you can't do without it all the time then it is becoming your weakness and may lead to many problems.


The health problems you will get because of over dose of caffeine is stomach upset, ulcer ,vomiting sensations, anxiety, higher heart rate and insomnia. Over consumption of coffee can actually give you jitters and divert your focus from your work. Caffeine can increase your stress level and can cause mental and psychological problems.


Quitting of coffee is not essential as it is not a dangerous habit. But slowly you can reduce or replacing it with green tea, lemon tea, wheat grass tea or dandelion root coffee. These drinks are antioxidants and can hydrate you. These drinks contain mild amount of caffeine also. Doing some exercise and taking magnesium and potassium rich food can also help you to decaffeinate.
