1.EXERCISE REGULARLY

2.STRESS MANAGEMENT
Chronic stress may contribute to high blood pressure. Finding ways to reduce your own stress is important for your blood pressure. Some ways to reduce stress can be like take a walk, read a book, listen to soothing music or do meditation.
3.QUIT SMOKING
Cigarette smoking increases your blood pressure. Quitting smoking can reduce your risk of heart disease. People who quit smoking may live longer than people who never quit smoking.
4.EAT HEALTHLY DIET
Take calcium rich foods like milk, yoghurt, cheese, etc. You should prefer potassium rich fruits like banana, orange etc. and low sodium (salt) intake. Eating dark chocolate can help you to reduce blood pressure. You should cut down sugars from your diet.
